What data we collect
- The name, email, phone number and message you send us through the contact forms.
- The information you share with us by WhatsApp, email or Instagram when you book or ask about a lesson or The Padel Experience.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and organise your lessons or your Padel Experience. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and performance of the service you request.
- To meet legal obligations such as invoicing and tax. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to answer you and provide the service, and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, 6 years for accounting records).
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need to run this website and our communications: Hostinger (web hosting and forms), Google (maps and reviews shown on the site) and Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram, if you contact us there). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Your rights
You can access, rectify or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to javier@magnussonpadelacademy.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
